Lately, in making my site’s and blogs I’ve come across one problem: I need images. There are a few ways you can go about this in the web world. First, you can pay for them…sometimes they come cheap, but for the most part it can be costly especially if your budget isn’t that big. Another way is to look through the web for royalty free images; couple problems there too…either they will be very generic, or they’ll come with a water mark on them. Another great option is to…take pictures!
An instructor of mine at BCIT is adiment in mentioning that you should walk around with a camera. Take pictures as much as you can, so weather you use them or not…you have them. It makes sense, so I’ve been trying to do it. I’ll tell ya though, it’s hard to bring a camera around everywhere you go, so try it!
That being said, I wanted to share a great example of pictures here. I found this while browsing and it’s posted on a site called “Newz On Fire”. These are not photo’s that you can just take from the site, but it’s a great example of how even simple black and white images can go a long way…
